Job Description

Key Relationships: Sales, Tech, Marketing, Ops

Job Purpose: To generate sales and acquire customers for Singapore sales team

Job Responsibilities:

  • GENERATE leads

  • QUALIFY potential clients.

  • CLOSE deals. Convert visitors to users

  • ONBOARD new clients to our platform

  • UPSELL and CROSS-SELL Easyship services globally

  • ANALYZE customer feedback and collaborate with the tech team to improve the product

Requirements

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Fluent in English. Mandarin and/or Bahasa Melayu is an advantage

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B or technology sales. Experience in solution sales or fast-growing companies is a plus.

  • Tech-oriented. You don’t need to be a developer, but should be passionate about tech, web, eCommerce, and all its applications for enabling greater efficiencies

  • Excellent communicator. You are a great listener and natural presenter.

  • High resilience in achieving goals – You don’t take NO for an answer

  • Strong problem solving skills. You are able to analyze current market trends and bring creative solutions to close sales and increase Easyship's competitiveness

  • Great team player that can work under pressure, bring positive energy and run the extra mile.
