Position Title: Sales Operations Lead


Key Relationships: Sales Team, CRM Manager

Purpose: The Easyship sales org has been steadily growing in reps & offices and now the time is right to bring on a Sales Operations Lead to build the foundations to scale and assist the reps in achieving their goals.

This role is ideal for somebody who is really looking to leave their mark, helping to build a successful sales org. Working cross-team and cross-functionally, this person will implement and manage processes to reduce friction, improve efficiency, bring more value to clients and ultimately drive a big impact from the client facing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create shared sales processes and workflows and drive the adoption of best practices across different regions. You will be instrumental in building the playbook which works and wins deals time after time.
  • Troubleshooting operational issues and optimizing infrastructure, systems and processes.
  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, and engagement rules; help enforce accountability at all levels and coordinate with teams to ensure sufficient support materials are available and used.
  • Conduct sales skills training sessions for new and current employees.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, task completion and other KPIs for Sales and CSM reps, and raise with the reps any potential issues such as lost opportunities or churn risks.
  • Manage and evaluate Hubspot sequences to determine their effectiveness and use the templates that generate the highest response and meeting rates.
  • Manage and create all global target territories and client points of contact.
  • Work with cross functional teams improving hand off/retention of opportunities between sales, onboarding, and account management stages
  • Work hand in hand with leadership to ideate and evaluate Go-to-Market changes.

Requirements

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • 2+ years building sales ops for a SaaS sales org. You’ve seen and contributed to success, and now it’s your time to drive it.
  • Intimate knowledge of modern CRMs and their capabilities (ideally Hubspot).
  • Highly analytical and data driven approach. You like Excel more than you’re generally willing to admit in public.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with a laser focused attention to detail.
  • Eager to apply your expertise, but more importantly, have a thirst for knowledge and drive to achieve.
