Sales Executive (New York)

You will :

  • Identify new leads. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, warm calls and events;

  • Pitch and sell Easyship’s value proposition. Engage clients in multiple segments, from eCommerce to small and mid-sized merchants;

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;

  • Close deals. Convert visitors to users.Take care of clients from beginning to end, guiding negotiations until contracts are signed;

  • Grow existing accounts and identify opportunities to upsell accounts;

  • Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy. Prepare reports on accounts status;

  • Contribute to product development. Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the tech and operation team to improve the product; and

  • Organize monthly workshops and sales events for customer retention and lead generation.

Requirements

 

The right person will:

  • Offer excellent communication and negotiation skills. You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals;

  • Be aspiring fresh grads, OR  have up to 2 or 3 years of experience in sale/business development. You have already worked for fast growing companies;

  • Be tech-oriented. You don’t need to be a developer, but have to be passionate about tech, web, eCommerce, and all its applications;

  • Demonstrate high resilience in achieving goals – You don’t take NO for an answer;

  • Show sharp commercial and business acumen;

  • Have strong problem-solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out by yourself new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate;

  • Be a highly self-driven and diligent worker who can work on their own but also cooperate well with the team; and

  • Have eCommerce knowledge or experience, especially in the US market.
