Position Title: PPC Specialist

Reports to: Demand Generation Director

Key Relationships: Marketing team

Job Purpose:   We are seeking a stellar Paid Marketing Specialist who can execute campaigns across paid channels & translate data into strategy, analyzing and reporting on marketing programs and campaigns to measure ROI and improve our customer acquisition and retention strategies.

The successful candidate will provide actionable insights from quantitative work including reporting, forecasting, A/B testing, website analytics, media optimization, market sizing, customer segmentation, and campaign analysis. We’re looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented mind who also geeks out on optimizing campaigns through multivariate testing gets psyched each time conversion rates increase an extra hundred basis points.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to efficiently acquire new customers across acquisition channels including PPC, Display, and Paid Social

  • Manage the day to day operations for optimizing bidding strategies, executing tests and enhancing campaigns

  • Analyze key metrics, identify trends and execute tests to achieve targets

  • Manage paid search and display marketing budgets

  • Monitor all metrics and KPIs and focus on scaling channels and optimising for efficiency and lifetime value

  • Use best practices and test-and-learn initiatives to optimize paid performance including launching new channels

  • Share learning throughout the organization and foster a collaborative learning environment.



  • 4+ years of paid marketing experience (in-house or agency-side) with a track record of success in developing and executing digital programs that drive customer acquisition.

  • Experience in B2B products or services with online subscription models preferred

  • Expertise on automated bidding, PPC, GDN and Social Display Ads

  • Experience analyzing data and using tools, including Google Analytics, to track and optimize campaigns for success.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to continually experiment

  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail, driving projects to completion under deadlines.
