Position Title: Human Resources Partner

Reports to: HR Manager 

Key Relationships: Co-Founders, Project Managers, All Staff, Payroll Providers, Recruiters

Job Purpose: We have a great opportunity for an Associate HR specialist  to join and support the APAC team. Our team is seeking a responsible and resourceful HR person to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Associate HR Manager will be responsible for providing advice to the employees, producing and maintaining best practice policies and procedures and ensuring that we create the right infrastructure and environment to support the business. Additionally, your role will ensure that we have compliance to regulatory frameworks relating to personnel documentation (i.e. Legal, internal procedures & policies). This is an operational role that will require a person that is flexible and able to operate in a generalist capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to assist the HR team and company’s management in HR matters
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day running of the recruitment process including advertising and selection process
  • Develop policies and procedures in- line with legislation, terms and conditions and best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain clear, regular communications with hiring managers regarding position requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing strategies etc.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and management
  • Be responsible for the administration and upkeep of the HR IT system
  • Undertake any allocated or ad hoc HR projects.


Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a multinational corporation preferred, knowledge in recruitment is an advantage
  • Attention to details, able to handle confidential information with high integrity & sensitivity
  • Functional knowledge on HR operations and business processes
  • Be a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, positive attitude, well-organized with the ability to multitask, a good sense of priorities and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and with a positive attitude towards changes & challenges
  • Must be fluent in English.
