Job Description

Position Title:  Graduate Finance Associate

Reports to: Finance Manager (UK)

Key Relationships: Finance team, external auditors

Job Purpose: To directly assist Finance to track, record and control all invoices and costs incurred from daily operational processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• To take care of daily accounting operations (invoices, payment preparation, etc.)

• To prepare the monthly financial and business reporting.

• Maintain vendor and service provider relationships.

Skills & Personal Qualities:

• Minimum Bachelor in accounting, finance or related fields.

• Interest in Finance Accounting and Finance Analysis

• Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure.

• Knows how to allocate the budget and establish a Cost Baseline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – VBA and SQL skills are a pre.

• Good mathematical skills and interest in data science.

• Great communication and organization skills.

• Good fit with the startup culture.
