Position Title: Demand Generation Manager

Location: London

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Key Relationships: Marketing Team, Sales

Job Purpose:

Easyship is looking for an experienced marketer, who is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals using Easyship products and services. They will serve as a subject matter expert in acquisition and retention initiatives for the team, driving campaigns and activations that drive SMB and enterprise adoption of our services.

This role requires industry expertise in building and managing B2B Marketing organizations. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the customer journey and the specific nuance between a high-value enterprise customer, the complex mid-market segment, and the growing small business audience. The successful candidate must have experience in driving acquisition, account-based marketing, and sales enablement efforts.

The candidate must thrive in fluid, cross-functional work and have a strong understanding and empathy for global businesses and the people that run them. They must also have a solid understanding of the digital advertising industry and experience creating acquisition marketing communications and go to market plans.

In this role, the ideal will have the opportunity to work and lead a growing team that's responsible for delivering communications and making an impact every day. The ideal candidate must be able to draw insights from data and translate those into action plans for all internal and external teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and improve our existing database

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness, and acquire new customers. Including PPC, SEO, Display advertising, Ad Words, Email, OOH.

  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase lead gen and overall pipeline (e.g., Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events)

  • Use data to analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategy

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system (i.e., Hubspot) to increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database

  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend

  • Partner closely with other leaders on the Marketing, Sales, and BDR team to develop and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest and measure the results of those initiatives

  • Drive marketing programs that generate the MQL pipeline required to achieve revenue targets— ensuring that marketing coverage is on-target and high-quality

  • Continuously seek to maximize marketing investments that foster testing and innovation

  • Grow and mentor a team responsible for demand generation, field & partner marketing, digital marketing, and growth marketing

  • Oversee and execute strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to our high growth goals, strategic opportunities, and retention of clients.



  • 5+ Years of experience in paid performance marketing or demand generation with B2B SaaS organization

  • Experience implementing and working with modern marketing stack platforms (CRM, Attribution, Automation, Analytics, etc.)

  • Excellent analytical skills (Excel, SQL a plus) with multivariate testing experience

  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail

  • Excellent at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns

  • Analytical skills, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills

  • Experience creating marketing materials.

  • A deep understanding of demand tactics (digital to physical)

  • Leadership experience (managed teams, including close alignment with BDR teams)

  • Experience scaling partner marketing programs

  • Ability to work within a budget and under tight deadlines

  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive profitable sales, grow brand awareness, and acquire new customers. Including PPC, SEO, Display advertising and Ad Words

  • Familiarity with tool sets such as HubSpot, AdWords, Google Analytics and their capabilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking

  • Experience working with ad tech teams and product managers to build API tools for automation and advanced optimization

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies

  • Deep knowledge about the Ads ecosystem, including Dynamic Ads, Bidding, and more.
